Cooper Eddy

Founder

Cooper Eddy is the Founder of CRE Land Group, LLC which started in January 2021 and operates as a Texas licensed Real Estate Brokerage. Cooper has been involved in commercial real estate since 2013 and since focused all his attention towards raw land within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. His experience in land brokerage began in 2013 and demonstrates year over year sales increases with transactions closed exceeding $700 million. He values integrity, honesty, reliability, hard work and attention to detail. His skill set consists of sales, marketing, contract negotiation, valuation, property due diligence, problem solving and exposure to the mass land market. Cooper has been named to the D CEO Power Brokers List. Cooper was born and raised in West Des Moines, IA and after high school went on to pursue both college and professional baseball careers during the years of 2000-2008. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of New Mexico. Cooper lives in Dallas, TX with his wife, Amanda, daughter, Mia & son, Cru. Outside of work and family, Cooper enjoys traveling and playing golf.

Tom Sterquell

Broker Associate

Tom Sterquell joined CRE Land Group in January of 2023. Tom brings 20 years of commercial real estate experience with him working in Texas and Colorado, predominantly in land and investment sales. He specializes in sourcing off-market deals, contract negotiation, property valuation, listings, and overall market knowledge. He treats every deal like a partnership and values honesty and integrity with his clients which has been instrumental in repeat clients over the years. Tom has been a licensed broker in the State of Texas since 2011 and has also been named to the D CEO Power Brokers List.

Tom was born and raised in Dallas, TX and graduated from Highland Park High School before attending the University of Arkansas where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree with a Major in Marketing Management and a Minor in Real Estate Finance. Tom and his wife Megan currently reside in Dallas with their son Knox and their dog Daisy. They are very active with Dallas CASA and enjoy spending time in Wisconsin at their family lake house as well as Colorado in their spare time. When not working or spending time with his family, Tom enjoys being on the golf course.

Evan Bloom

VP of Land Services

Evan Bloom joined CRE Land Group in March 2025. He brings over 20 years experience in commercial construction and real estate. Evan exclusively specializes in land advisory services, acquisitions, and sales playing a pivotal role in evaluating and executing land strategies for his clients with a focus on entitlements, site benefits as well as market dynamics. His areas of expertise include multifamily, investment, single family, retail, and mixed-use properties.

Evan attended University of Arizona and University of Miami MBA program. Evan spends his free time working on his residential development projects.
