Cooper Eddy is the Founder of CRE Land Group, LLC which started in January 2021 and operates as a Texas licensed Real Estate Brokerage. Cooper has been involved in commercial real estate since 2013 and since focused all his attention towards raw land within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. His experience in land brokerage began in 2013 and demonstrates year over year sales increases with transactions closed exceeding $700 million. He values integrity, honesty, reliability, hard work and attention to detail. His skill set consists of sales, marketing, contract negotiation, valuation, property due diligence, problem solving and exposure to the mass land market. Cooper has been named to the D CEO Power Brokers List.

Cooper was born and raised in West Des Moines, IA and after high school went on to pursue both college and professional baseball careers during the years of 2000-2008. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of New Mexico. Cooper lives in Dallas, TX with his wife, Amanda, daughter, Mia & son, Cru. Outside of work and family, Cooper enjoys traveling and playing golf.
